In our twelve years’ experience we have selected the best suppliers for our clients and we are now able to provide top-class services at the best rates. All our services are customized according to your needs and budget. If required we can plan everything from beginning to end but we can also help you with certain aspects if you wish. We negotiate and liaise between you and the suppliers and are present on the day to save you from stress and to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:We advise couples on legal and religious paperwork procedures according to their nationality and residence. We assist couples throughout the whole legal procedures and are always present during the appointments at embassies and government offices. |
FLOWERS:“Say it with flowers!” Flowers set the ambiance for the entire event, they make ceremony and reception venues colourful, bright and appealing. According to your classic, glamorous or romantic style we will design a floral theme that reflects your personality and matches with the wedding sites. We can provide beautiful bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, bridesmaids’ bouquets, corsage, lovely ceremony arrangements and exquisite reception centrepieces. |
MUSIC:Music has always gone hand in hand with weddings and nowadays it has become one of the most important components of the wedding day because it really sets its tone. We work with professional musicians and can provide you with any kind of music: piano and soprano, string ensemble, organist etc…for your ceremony and DJ, bands, folk groups etc…for your reception. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO:Photography is the most lasting element of your big day so choosing the right photographer is one of the most important decisions you will make. We work with professional wedding photographers of different styles (the traditional style with posed shots, the photojournalist style which focuses on emotions, a mix of the two) who can meet your taste together with your budget. We will take care of all the details such as the must-have photo shots and their execution: from the pre-ceremony preparation, to the walk down the aisle, to the "I Dos," to the first dance and finally the dancing party. |
MAKE-UP & HAIRDRESSING:Professional make-up artists will help brides look prettier than ever with amazing but still natural make-ups. We always suggest brides to have trials before the wedding day and inform you that our suppliers can meet you at their shops as well as at your accommodation. |
TRANSPORTATION:As soon as the logistics of your wedding is set we will determine your transportation needs and offer the following options: Limo, chauffered car, Sedan, Vintage cars, horse-drawn carriages for the wedding couple or vans, minibuses and buses for your wedding guests’ transport. |
ACCOMMODATIONS:Whether you stay for a few days or longer we can offer the ideal accommodation for you and/or your guests at beautiful villas with pool, fascinating B&Bs or Relais of Charme in the countryside and small or luxury hotels both in the countryside and in the city according to your needs and budget. We can also offer beautiful locations where you can stay with your guests and have your blessing and reception. |
STATIONERY AND INVITATIONS:We can help with stationery for your wedding and provide you with invitations, Save the Date Cards, wedding programs providing an outline of your ceremony/reception proceedings, Thank you Cards, Place Cards, Menu Cards, Table Cards. |
FAVORS & GIFTS:Wedding favours are one of the best ways to thank your guests for sharing in your celebration. Offering typical Italian products such as silver, glass and crystal objects, terracotta, small bottles of wine or olive-oil with personalized labels may be one way to make your wedding even more unforgettable to your guests. |
 TOURS AND EXCURSIONS:While waiting for the big day or immediately after it we recommend interesting guided tours to the most beautiful locations in Tuscany, fascinating visits of cellars and delicious wine-tastings at the most beautiful farms in the Chianti region. Cooking classes, photo shops and visits to local craftsmen’s can be arranged to offer your guests a memorable Italian experience. |
INTERPRETERS:If neither party speak Italian an interpreter has to be present at the marriage ceremony. We can offer mother tongue interpreters in all languages. |
